Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Examination

The MOC examination is open to physicians who are in their final three years of their certification cycle and physicians with lifetime certification who choose to participate in the MOC process voluntarily. To register for the MOC examination, you must login into your record using your last name and password (or ssn) on the left hand side of this page. Once you have logged in, click on the "Register for MOC Exam" button to begin to register for the examination. Note: If you have not yet registered for the MOC process, you must register before you can apply to take the MOC Examination.
